Refund policy

We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The item was not delivered
  • The item arrived significantly damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was received

If your order meets one of the conditions above, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at qurannestteam@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable), and we will evaluate the situation and make it right.

Items that are delivered as described and in good condition are not eligible for return or refund.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Expecting a different product than what was described
  • Sale items
  • Digital products or gift cards

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or issue.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at qurannestteam@gmail.com.
